Delivery & Returns
- Standard dispatch time is 8-12 working days. estimated delivery time after dispatch ( 7-8 working days )
- We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery of the item(s)
- Returned items should be received back to us in the condition they were delivered, unworn and in the original packaging. Please ensure for any marks or scratches in the kit.
- Any items that have been customised are deemed unfit for return and will be denied
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method
- Please note the cost of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Lumilor has the authority to deny any returns which our team deems as non returnable, in this instance the goods would be returned back to the sender.
