1- Cancellation By LumiLor India Private Limited :
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on +91 987 369 6099 . In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
2- Cancellation by Customer Pre or Post shipment
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is dispatched to the given destination. In this case, you can contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Registered customers are always allowed to check their order status with the link provided at www.lumilor.co.in. We will initiate the refunding process once the cancellation request is received. You’ll be refunded with the same medium you’ve used i.e. debit/credit or cheque. You will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through cheque.
- You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped. Applicable refund against the cancelled order will be credited to your respective bank / card within 24-48 business hours.
- In case, an order is dispatched with different products. You cannot cancel an individual product. In such case, you have to cancel the whole shipment.
- In case, a user tries to cancel a product which has already been shipped, all the products which are part of same shipment / package will get cancelled.
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount on billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please note that in the event, the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
