Delivery & Returns

Standard dispatch time is 8-12 working days. estimated delivery time after dispatch ( 7-8 working days )
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery of the item(s)
Returned items should be received back to us in the condition they were delivered, unworn and in the original packaging. Please ensure for any marks or scratches in the kit.
Any items that have been customised are deemed unfit for return and will be denied
Refunds will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method
Please note the cost of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lumilor has the authority to deny any returns which our team deems as non returnable, in this instance the goods would be returned back to the sender.
